NEW CLIENTS
A tax organizer is a detailed questionnaire that helps a new client collect data needed by our firm in order to prepare their tax return accurately. We also ask for a copy of the previous year's tax return for our records. That data provides continuity from that year to the next in order for us to verify any questions or information that may be missing.

Please do not include your social security number, account numbers, or other secure information in this form. We will provide you access to our secure portal once we receive the information below.
